Book in by August 30th. Any cancellations Mithila has to make will be compensated with new dates of practice or money back for missed sessions if you have signed up for the Course bundle.
If you miss an in person session, video will be available. September-December 2025.

cancellation policy
Class is confirmed to those booked in minimum 24 hours before. Any cancellations less than 24 hours notice are fully charged and you will receive the video recording access in exchange.
If Mithila is cancelling, only booked in participants receive notice, via e-mail.

To join just one event send an e-mail request with the date of the gathering you wish to join. E-mail form below.
The Zoom video link is sent latest 10 minutes before. If you have not received it at least 10 minutes before the event please e-mail Mithila.

All payments handled AFTER the event via e-mail (by invoice, Swish, Bank-Giro or PayPal) or via the Shop for card payments.
Events can, on occasion be cancelled at short notice due to Mithila not being available, or not enough bookings 24 hours in advance. Therefore payments handled only after the event takes place.

2025 yoga, breath-work and meditation live online zoom schedule
Vinyasa style yoga classes (sometimes with music) in YM has you working exceptionally hard without moving a muscle. You will be encouraged beyond your present limits physically, mentally and emotionally to move your whole body as one unit, with no contraction, with no isolation.
Unusual and fun movements and guidance takes you deeper than you thought possible into yoga postures that are hidden in every expression of YM, an expression which at first glance may not look like classic hatha yoga.
Pure asana is rarely taught in open classes except in hatha yoga themed classes. We normally encourage some years of vinyasa style daily practice before we introduce holding postures for longer than 1 minute.

You can join one, the other or both on any given date. Or request the video of the class. Video is provided for 14 days for all who join.

All levels classes and level will be adjusted based on the experience of the practitioners participating. Each session is stand alone and will go ahead as drop in with minimum 5 persons booked in per date, 24 hours in advance booking in.

For whom?
Everyone is respectfully welcome. For health or medical concerns please see the Health & Safety Guidelines as well. If you are new to Mithila and her services then let Mithila know of any health or medical issues at least 24 hours before the class.
Open to all 18+ of age, choose the level of practice suitable for your experience as stated on each event. For children under 18 consult with Mithila first.
Preparations:
if you do not have time to organise yourself before an event, as written here then it is more important that you arrive as you are, but when possible:
- in clothes that are comfortable to move, sit and lay down and relax in.
- have a yoga mat and/or blanket, a soft towel or blanket for placing under the knees for floor work, a chair for meditation if not sitting on the floor.
- warm clothes for relaxation practices.
- water to sip.
On Zoom:
- I, Mithila, prefer to see you on Zoom, video on please.
- please pin Mithila's video screen so you her properly and this minimises everyone else's screens which gives everyone a more personal and private experience during the event.
- if you wish to be "off video" kindly notify in advance.
- arrive on time for the event.
- try and be uninterrupted, and you can leave for the bathroom etc... as you wish but get back in the zone as soon as you can.
- you can also leave the event entirely if and when you need to, just send Mithila a message after so she knows that you are OK.
- Privacy:
- it is very important that all participants feel their privacy is protected.
- No recording of the event is permitted.
- No video sharing, all social media and other devices and apps not needed for Zoom should be shut off during the whole event.
- No sharing of video material or pictures of the participants during or after the event.
- If you wish to share pictures of only yourself attending the event that is of course up to you.
- Mithila may record the event.
- The Zoom video where you are visible will not be publicised in any way.
- It will be only for Mithila's internal records.
- If the video is recorded for public sharing then it will only be Mithila on video on a separate recording.
- This is a drug free zone. Neither Mithila nor any participants should arrive under the influence of any drugs/alcohol/intoxicants of any sort. No drugs/alcohol/intoxicants permitted during the event.
- Set aside a bit of extra time around each event if you can, before and after. Sometimes events take longer than planned.
After the event
- welcome to share your experience with Mithila after the event via e-mail.
- if you have experiences that you find strange or hard to handle after the event, do not hesitate to contact Mithila after class.
- payments and any links to video recordings if relevant are handled via e-mail after the event.
- Mithila appreciate's your help in spreading the word of Materials & Services provided by Mithila Kara that has been valuable to you.
