• Hand Scan Technique — using the palms to slowly move outward from the body to detect energetic density, temperature shifts, or subtle vibrational changes.

• Awareness Expansion Technique — expanding consciousness beyond the physical skin to locate energetic boundaries and sense where “self” ends and environment begins.
