This serene Hatha Yoga Course provides practice and a space of deeper reset and restoration for your everyday life. Read more and join by September 1st. Course starts September 13th Live Online on Zoom with video access.
For all levels. I will adjust the postures to suit your individual capacity on the day and for the Course as a whole - beginner to experienced practitioner.
