Mudra Meditation Workshop

The YM "3 bows Mudra meditation vinyasa" teaching and practice.

On this short course I will teach you the simple and beautiful coreography of mudras that can be practiced as a daily meditation or when you feel the need to connect with and strengthen your Heaven and Earth Line. It helps align you with Above and Below as well as your expression from your heart out into the world.

We will learn the coreography but also how to find the energetic sweet spot between the mudra (shape of the hands) and the energy body. This type of "reading of the energetic sweet spot" is a useful practice in any mudra work that you wish to learn.

This type of practice increases our sense ability on the subtle energetic levels of life and enhances our multi-dimensional capabilities and access. Mudras enhance our heart to hand connection as well, allowing us to access more heart focused action in our lives and creativity through the hands.
