Credit is due for the YM Method itself, formerly knows as the YM Method, for being a truly amazing body of work that brings me so much joy and expansion as a practitioner and a teacher. Revolutionary. Radical. Life-changing.

Kudos and gratitude to the Origins of this work and to the Founder Teacher Jon Monks whose teachings are the basis of all YM practices, the YM Sadhana Program which I co-created with him and all the Principles of Practice that is purely YM.

I have continued to adapt this body of work into new Hatha Yoga and spiritual teachings of my own origin since 2016, when Jon and I parted ways after 7 years of close collaboration between our Yoga Schools.

As a student of Guru Kriyaji since 2010, I am greatly influenced in my work by the spiritual process I have received in Her Presence and Teachings, however I do not teach Her methods. They are my personal practice only. I owe to Her my spiritual development in all areas of Life and my practice. 

The Galactic Federation since 2020 and my Spiritual Team have been my educators in recent years through the Earth Upgrade Process, bringing unto me an accelerated expansion I never previously dreamed possible in this lifetime.

Credentials and Short and Long Story

2011-Now

Teaching YM (now YM) Year long Sadhana Programs, and group classes at NIA Movement Studio Gothenburg and other rented venues including 4 years at my own studio 'Our Space' in Gothenburg City.

Started 15 of the year long programs in Sweden with 150 + students taking the Sadhana Courses and currently I am teaching levels Year 2 and onwards practitioners. 

50 + former Personal Training clients in Sweden over the years and also working closely with PT students in California and ongoing with students in Oslo, London and Dubai.

Currently I have room to work with 10 PT students and only room to take on a few more. If you wish to work directly with me in one-to-one sessions, please write and request. 

 

2011-2018 in the middle of it..

Organising YM internal events and workshops previously with and for Jon Monks in Göteborg and Yoga retreat to Croatia. Hosting my own retreats including one to Bali and retreats and workshops in my home studio.

Teaching 3 rounds of the YM Teacher Training (3 years per YTT) with 20 certified graduates of the program, 9 working professionally with YM.

Multiple Annual Years of Workshops and Retreats in Sweden with Yoga Varberg, NIA YOGA DANCE, Yoga Games and Yoga Havstensund. Fun fact: I once did a weekend of workshops at a fitness convention in...Siberia!

 

2003-2013 at the very start of it...

Teaching multiple (10 + hours) of weekly classes in Yoga & Meditation, Fitness/Ball/Dance at Yoga Studios in Gothenburg City: mainly Hagabadet and Balans Yoga.

Recurring retreats and Workshops in Sweden and Worldwide: Ulpotha Ayurveda Village Sri Lanka, Sunflower Retreats Italy, Langley Travel Yoga Holidays Corsica, Yoga Havstenssund with Anna Dahlman, NIA YOGA DANS events with NIA Movement and many more smaller annual and seasonal workshops and events.
