Mudras: A Practical Tool for Energy Mastery
Mudras are a magnificent energy management tool — one that our physical bodies are naturally designed to use for everyday health, self-healing, energy mastery, and spiritual growth.
In this course series, you will not only learn how to perform mudras correctly, but also how to use them practically in daily life for:
- Energy transformation
- Breath regulation
- Meditative joy
Can be practiced on a chair or sitting on the floor.
What You Will Learn
Part 1: Foundations & Personal Discovery
In Part 1, Mithila shares her personal discoveries from years of practice and teaching.
You will explore:
- The energy of the fingertips
- How they connect and circulate energy
- How hand positioning moves energy up, down, or sideways
As always, the focus is experiential:
- How does it feel?
- Where do you sense the shift?
Your direct experience is then compared with the traditional understanding of each mudra’s function.
You leave with truly “hands-on” tools to regulate and elevate your energy whenever needed.
Part 2: Deepening Into Classical Mudras
In Part 2, we deepen into the classical:
- Anjali Mudra
- Jnana Mudra
- Chin Mudra
You will study and practice their energetic effects with precision and awareness.

Excellent for beginners to mudra meditation practice.
