April to July Retrospective Energy Update

Beloveds, this is the longest I have gone without making an energy update since I started making these in the first place a few years back. I can only say that things are changing for me in terms of direction, duties and desires when it comes to the Earth Upgrade Process, and I can only accomplish a task, whatever it is, when the energy aligns for it. 

The last few months have been another wave of accelerated expansion in high intensity, and I have yet to catch up with myself and with all that has happened. I am not sure where I stand, and that is not unusual in the rapid ascension. In fact, we are often in the wobbly middle ground between timelines and major personal shifts that alter as quickly as weekly or daily. It is truly a time when we are brought into the present tense more than ever. There is not much room to dwell on the past or contemplate the future when the ground beneath you disappears every so often and reappears altered in some way each time.

For the most part, I have not been able to function on a 3D level since April, and this is the main cause of the delay in all things posting, admin, and anything that is not urgent and immediate to everyday life. For those in similar processes, I empathise deeply with the constant letting go of income-bringing activities, personal projects or goals, family and friends' connections, etc. It all gets dropped in these phases of high-intensity ascension. I do trust the process and feel faith in the good it brings, but it is not always a thankful nor easy task to be in. 

This year I highlighted how much "easier" things have been for me in my own role in the ascension timelines; however, I have to take that back for the time period since Easter 2026. It has been a roller coaster of energy work intensity spanning these past few months, and I will try to recall the highlights now with hindsight. 

In April I found that the most dominant symptom I had was intense joint pain in the hands, almost like intense arthritic or rheumatic pain. It was bizarre how bad it was. In the way I sensed it, I felt it was (since it also is a disease in my direct family bloodline) a clearing of disease in our bloodlines, that the Light Codes were helping us clear old energy patterns that create disease, and in my case I was shown the purge through the physical symptoms that I experienced. This went on for many weeks, surprisingly, as usually I find symptoms pass much quicker. I sensed that, collectively, we were also clearing what this type of pain and disease represents. I love the work of Louise Hay and will cite it here as a reference. The patterns that were being cleared at the time seemed to me to be these or similar:

General Arthritis: Stemming from a constant state of criticism (of self and others) and a deep-seated feeling of not being loved.
Rheumatoid Arthritis: Linked to feeling deeply victimised, carrying a lack of love, harbouring chronic bitterness, and holding severe criticism towards authority or feeling very "put upon".
Arthritic Fingers: Associated with a hidden desire to punish, placing blame, and feeling like a victim. 

During May, I was happy to leave the purge of April behind. Unfortunately, I did not take notes on my observations from May to June, so I am not sure I recall now the main energy threads of those months, but I do recall that the intensity was high and constant most of the time in terms of Crown and Heart Chakra energy upgrades and all the "usual" symptoms of the ascension process. 

One thing that stood out for me the most during April to June was the sense that more and more people were being upgraded than ever before. This means also that more and more people were and are becoming conscious of the ascension and shift that is happening in a real and tangible way. Either they are aware of being in the ascension timeline and experiencing the energy upgrade in the form of symptoms, the need for time and space for themselves to integrate and go inwards, and/or through the fact that they are thinking new thoughts, taking new steps in life, and having a sudden awareness of being and feeling different or changed, and that this is inherently positive.

My feeling is that the increased intensity in the process for many of us "seasoned" Light Workers these past few months is due to the increase in awareness happening in the Collective Field with regard to this process. We have simply had more to do during this time in terms of portals, downloads, anchoring of energy, purging and transmuting, if I only mention some of the work I have been involved in personally. I am sure there have been many other layers of work in the Field happening through Energy Workers with roles other than mine. There is such a fascinating complexity, interconnectedness, and yet unique individuality to the process of this upgrade that I am in awe of it all even through my most exhausted days of energy work. "How can this be? What on Earth?" And all those as yet not fully answered questions...

That the space weather (solar flares, galactic energy) and both space and Earth energy portals have corresponded to our experiences of symptoms, both the blissful and the blistering, in the process is, in my experience, in sync. Now, entering August, I have light symptoms of the joint pain in the fingers that I experienced in April. I will also look into physical health issues regarding this, even though I know that the Light Code/solar flare geomagnetic storms have a huge impact on the physical body, with symptoms such as joint pain. I do also encourage all of you having energy work symptoms to make sure it is only that and not medical issues that need looking into through healthcare professional services. It is a strange time we are navigating in these transit years, where what we feel physically, and we feel a LOT, is rarely on the actual physical level. However, getting a second opinion when symptoms persist is a healthy thing to do if unsure.

Looking at my July, I can conclude that this last week of July has been one of the highest-intensity weeks of the month. I have been in horizontal mode, as I call it, a lot. Perhaps it is the "usual" crescendo that precedes the 8:8 Lionsgate Energy Portal.
