    I had my first physical exhibition in the form of an Art Pop Up in December 2023 and the second as a week long solo exhibition at a Gallery in January 2024.

once upon a time …

…a bit over a decade ago I indulged in a long term craving and started to stock up on Art Supplies. Why?  Well, because as everyone knows Art Supplies are glorious things to stock up on! Also I wanted to start exploring what I call   Conversations with Creativity   through painting.        

I play loosely and freely in the world of acrylics, watercolours, oils, pastels, charcoals, and mixed media.

A significant moment  in all this was the post-summer months of 2021. I began watercolour explorations that soon became, and I later recognised, as channelled information in a series of artworks I call the Galactic Collection. It told a story about my spiritual work and what was becoming then and now is. This is another story.

Turning Point

Bloom Beings

The  next really significant moment  came in early 2023 when I again returned to watercolours, in my now growing ateljé space in our home in the countryside, and started, seemingly out of the blue, to make tulip like abstract art cards. This intuitive step exploded over the next few months and resulted in the  Bloom Being Collection you see here today.

Grumpies

November 2023 I was having a low moment one evening and I took to bed early and picked up my art journal and started doodling. 

Before long the doodles led to what you now see as the Grumpy Garden Sketches Card Collection. I felt so cheered up after I had drawn these doodles that I felt they needed to be named after the grumpiness that originated them.

The Space Garden Sketches Collection also first showed up in my art journal doodles during mid-2023. Only a few of them are on exhibit today. Stay tuned for web updates.

(Sidenote: This is one of my most important creative methods. Doodling is just the BEST, I highly recommend it to everyone).
